Kent Lorenz
Managing Member
Kent is the Managing Member of PKL Ventures LLC, an opportunistic real estate investment company focused on multifamily properties in the Northeast. He also runs PKL's affiliated construction and property management company, PKL Management LLC. Kent is responsible for the firm's strategic direction, investments, capital relationships and day-to-day operations.
Prior to founding PKL, Kent served as Director of Finance at A/Z Corporation, a regional construction management firm. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. Kent is a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut and Rhode Island.
